When we respond
- Disputed claim reports: within 14 days. We mark the product as "under review" immediately and verify against the manufacturer.
- New product additions: within 30 days if the brand has a public ingredient list we can verify.
- Discontinuation notices: within 7 days. Once confirmed, we flag the page and remove it from search.
